Living in harmony with others requires patience, empathy, and the willingness to agree to disagree at times. Romans 12:18 advises, “If it is possible, as far as it depends on you, live at peace with everyone.” This verse underscores the importance of striving for peace and understanding, even in the face of differences. By embracing our shared humanity and recognizing the divine image in each person, we can create a more compassionate and respectful world.

The harder we work, the stronger we grow;  
Through obstacles faced, we learn and know  
That fortune’s favor shines on those  
Who choose to put in effort, deeply and closely.

Freedom whispers in the night,
Promises of boundless light,
Neither beauty nor gold’s grand might,
Can quell the spirit’s flight.

Moving on might begin with the slightest of movements. 
Blind faith is sometimes seen through swollen, tired eyes.
It’s getting back up from heartache so great that it takes your breath away. 

Think positively, let your mind be at peace,
Even when trials and hardships appear.
A positive outlook can change your world,
Turning fear into courage, and doubt into cheer.

I asked for favours; opportunities knocked,
With each door opened, blessings unlocked.
In every chance given, skills I honed,
In seizing the moment, my talents shone.
